1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the INCLUDE platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

INCLUDE provides AIoT products and platforms for Smart Industry, including IoT sensors, gateways, computer vision, and monitoring platforms, along with development and system integration services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password
  • You may not share your account with other parties
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indonesian law. You may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activity or to violate the rights of others
  • Disrupt or damage the integrity of the platform
  • Access the platform in an unauthorized manner
  • Reverse-engineer our software

5. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly, according to the plan you select in the app.
  • Payments are processed via a third-party payment provider (Doku), virtual account, e-wallet, QRIS, or card. We do not store your card data.
  • A plan becomes active once payment is confirmed. Invoices are generated automatically.
  • The Free plan has no time limit and does not require payment.
  • Discount codes and add-ons apply according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice.

6. Quotas & Plan Limits

Each plan has a quota for devices, users, solutions, and data retention period. If a quota is exceeded, you may purchase an add-on or upgrade your plan. We may limit functionality that exceeds your plan quota.

7. Your Data

  • Telemetry data you send remains your property.
  • Data retention period follows the plan you use. Data past its retention period may be deleted.
  • Each organization is isolated from other organizations within the platform.
  • You can export your data during an active subscription.

8. Cancellation

You may downgrade your plan or cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in the app. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period; amounts already paid are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any device installation and data collection at your site complies with applicable regulations, including where such devices record images or video.

10. Limitation of Liability

INCLUDE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved through the South Jakarta District Court.
