Ingest
Devices publish telemetry over MQTT (EMQX) or an HTTP Device API with a Bearer token. Both land in TimescaleDB hypertables.
Process
The alarm engine evaluates per-device thresholds, triggers automations, and publishes commands back to actuators over MQTT.
Stream
Data reaches the dashboard over Server-Sent Events, not polling, so the numbers move as events happen in the field.
