Marketing & Sales ManagerLead marketing and sales of the INCLUDE platform to industrial clients, from strategy to closing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Set the marketing strategy and sales targets for the INCLUDE platform and its devices.
- Find and manage industrial prospects, from first contact to contract.
- Present and demo solutions to prospects.
- Prepare proposals together with the technical team.
- Build and manage partner and reseller relationships.
Role requirements
- A relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, Management, or Administration.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B or technology sales is a plus.
- Interested in learning IoT and industrial technology.
- Willing to visit prospects on site.
AI EngineerBuild AI models that run on sensor and camera data from the field.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean sensor and operational data for model training.
- Build anomaly detection, forecasting, and computer vision models.
- Test model accuracy against real field data.
- Work with the platform team so models run inside the INCLUDE app.
Role requirements
- A relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or Mathematics.
- Solid Python basics and data handling.
- An understanding of machine learning; experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
- Projects or a portfolio you can show are a plus.
AI Engineer (Magang / Intern)Learn to build AI models with the team, using real data from industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean sensor and operational data for model training.
- Build anomaly detection, forecasting, and computer vision models.
- Test model accuracy against real field data.
- Work with the platform team so models run inside the INCLUDE app.
Role requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates from a relevant field.
- Familiar with Python basics.
- Interested in machine learning and data analysis.
- Internship length follows your school or university programme.
IoT EngineerDesign, assemble, and install IoT devices used in client plants, buildings, and farms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test IoT device firmware, for example on the ESP32.
- Assemble and test sensors, energy meters, and gateways.
- Connect industrial devices over Modbus, RS-485, MQTT, and HTTP.
- Install devices at client sites and make sure data reaches the dashboard.
Role requirements
- A relevant field, such as Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer and Network Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
- An understanding of basic electronics and microcontroller programming (Arduino or ESP32).
- Knowledge of Modbus, RS-485, or MQTT is a plus.
- Willing to work in the field and travel to client sites.
IoT Engineer (Magang / Intern)Learn to assemble, program, and install IoT devices with the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test IoT device firmware, for example on the ESP32.
- Assemble and test sensors, energy meters, and gateways.
- Connect industrial devices over Modbus, RS-485, MQTT, and HTTP.
- Install devices at client sites and make sure data reaches the dashboard.
Role requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates from a relevant field.
- Familiar with basic electronics and have programmed an Arduino or ESP32.
- Willing to join installation visits.
- Internship length follows your school or university programme.
Content CreatorTell the story of INCLUDE products and projects through content prospects can easily understand.
Responsibilities
- Create photos, short videos, and designs for social media and the website.
- Write captions and scripts that explain technology products in plain language.
- Document team activities and field projects.
- Manage the posting schedule and track audience response.
Role requirements
- A relevant field, such as Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting, or Marketing.
- Comfortable with design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe, or CapCut.
- A content portfolio you can show.
- Interested in learning technology and industrial topics.
Content Creator (Magang / Intern)Learn to create technology content for social media and the website with the team.
Responsibilities
- Create photos, short videos, and designs for social media and the website.
- Write captions and scripts that explain technology products in plain language.
- Document team activities and field projects.
- Manage the posting schedule and track audience response.
Role requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates from a relevant field.
- Able to use basic design or video editing tools.
- Sample work to show, including school or university projects.
- Internship length follows your school or university programme.
General requirements for all roles
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent in a relevant field. Diploma and degree holders are welcome.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
