Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card, with a quota of 3 devices and 2 users. Ideal for piloting one site before you scale.
Do I have to buy INCLUDE hardware?
No. You can use IncludeBox, or register your own ESP32/Arduino devices over MQTT or the HTTP Device API.
What if I outgrow the Business plan?
Enterprise provides unlimited quota, on-premise options, SSO, an SLA, plus custom integration and training. Contact us for a quote.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing is monthly and you can downgrade or cancel any time from the Subscription page in the app.
