INCLUDE Technology’s InCrane Wins 1st Place at Indonesia Entrepreneur TIK (IdenTIK) 2022

BANDUNG — InCrane, a student startup product from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) under PT Include Teknologi Indonesia (INCLUDE Technology), has won 1st place (Best Selected Work) in the Private Sector category at Indonesia Entrepreneur TIK (IdenTIK) 2022. The award was presented during the IdenTIK 2022 Awarding night in Bandung on 10 November 2022.

IdenTIK is an information and communications technology awards program organized by Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo). It selects the best works across several categories, with winners earning the opportunity to represent Indonesia regionally at the ASEAN ICT Awards.

InCrane — short for Intelligence Container Crane — is an Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) solution designed to detect faults and perform predictive maintenance on container-crane components at ports. Through real-time machine-condition monitoring, InCrane helps port operators prevent potential downtime losses that can reach Rp245 million per day. The product is now being developed further by INCLUDE Technology under the name InAsset.

IdenTIK 2022 awardees together with officials from Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Informatics at the awarding night in Bandung.

“The assessment emphasized the uniqueness of the innovation, business sustainability, and the revenue and profit growth already achieved,” said Singgih Ardiansyah, CEO of INCLUDE Technology, on the competition criteria.

The IdenTIK 2022 victory marked an important milestone in INCLUDE Technology’s journey. As Indonesia’s representative, the team advanced to the ASEAN ICT Awards — a path that would later lead INCLUDE to regional recognition across Southeast Asia in the following years.
