InEnergy: electricity monitoring and savings
InEnergy monitors electricity use in real time, calculates its cost, schedules loads, and highlights waste.
Supported devices
- Single-phase energy meter (20A, or 100A with a CT): voltage, current, power, energy, frequency, power factor.
- Three-phase energy meter (100A or 200A per phase): voltage and current per phase R, S, T, total power, energy, frequency, power factor.
- Smart switch with 1, 2, or 4 channels (10A per channel): on/off, schedules, and timers.
Meters already on site can connect over Modbus through IncludeGateways, or send their own data over HTTP and MQTT.
Scheduling
Switch devices on or off automatically by time. The platform runs schedules every minute and sends real commands to the device.
Cost and recommendations
Enter your PLN tariff in the solution settings. The dashboard estimates the monthly bill and flags waste, such as loads left on outside working hours.
Plant scale
For many machines, group them by workshop, add rules to catch overloads, and set a normal range per machine on the solution settings page.
